EHA's own Kyle Arzt's is participating in October Saves Goalie Challenge

Youth Goalies Across North America Making Saves Count!

My name is Kyle Arzt, I am 14 years old and I am excited to be participating in The October Saves Goalie Challenge for the 3rd year in a row! Last year I came in 1st place in the State of Connecticut raising over $8,000 and 5th place overall in North America. This event means a great deal to me not only because it is a way for me to directly join the fight to end cancer but to also remember family and friends that I have lost to this terrible disease.

October Saves is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable organization that began in 2014 for the purpose of raising money to fight cancer. The concept is simple. During Breast Cancer Awareness month, goalies of all ages and skill levels across North America gather pledges for each save they make during October. Funds raised benefit our amazing cancer-fighting beneficiaries across the US and Canada and goalies win prizes as they raise money!

I’m contacting you to see if you might consider making a pledge or a flat donation towards my efforts. Proceeds benefit pediatric and women’s cancer research.

I plan to work very hard during the month of October to make a lot of saves because I know I’m not only trying to help my team win the game but I’m also funding cancer research.

To make a pledge/donation and learn more about the event please visit and enter my name (KYLE ARZT) in the “Find a Goalie” box or follow this link:

I really appreciate your support!
